Brief History

Distinct Image Property Developers and Building Contractors have been involved in developments of various
sizes in the Cape and Johannesburg for the past 13 years. The company is headed by Dov Wright in partnership
with Harold Olivier. Their reputation and experience define a career in the building industry. Together they boast
over 47 years experience and an extensive portfolio of both clients and sites, from houses, cluster developments,
sectional title units and hotels to commercial developments. Success in this industry is attributed with aligning
oneself with the best that the building industry has to offer. Harold Olivier is a third generation builder who brings
generations of experience to the fore.

Dov Wright's experience includes:

• Project Managing developments consisting of multiple
    housing schemes for the Urban Foundation Housing
    Utility Company
• Commercial and Retail property broking
• Development of individual houses
• Development, including project management, of various
    cluster and sectional title units ranging in size
• Managing signature renovations

Harold Olivier's experience includes:

• Contracted to supervise the project management and
    construction of various hotels including Mercure-Inn
    Hotels in Bedfordview and Randburg Waterfront
• Construction of a large number of individual houses
• Construction of numerous townhouse developments in
    Gauteng including La Provence - Douglasdale (140 units),
    Montefalco - Fourways (98 units), Falkerstone Down - Paulshof (80 units), Aventura - Warmbaths (98 units)
    to name but a few

Also involved in the company is Tammy Wright whose experience includes:

• Marketing management for the Urban Foundation Housing Utility Company
• Managing Director of Advertising & Marketing Agency
• Project Management of total make over renovations
• Management of aesthetic components in various developments

Distinct Image Property Developers and Building Contractors have a large staff resource. Due to this we are
able to take on projects of various sizes on demand. Our building operations and management thereof are not
restricted to Gauteng. Where necessary, we are able to take on projects nationally, dependent on the size and
viability thereof.

Distinct Image recent bought Evolution Plumbing. This is a small scale plumbing concern headed by Willie Kruger. This acquisition allows us to grow a small business like Evolution under our banner and offer an added and
improved service to clients in this regard.
